The Alchemy Incubator

How do we actually change? What is required for creating a meaningful life? Why is my subconscious running the show? How does one move pain into purpose? How can we transmute trauma? Hosted by Emily Jameson, The Alchemy Incubator is an ongoing exploration of the spirit, the mind, the mystery and pursuit of union with the Self. Most of all, this is a conversation about how to live your one life with deliberate intention for optimal satisfaction.

Meet Your Host

Welcome to The Alchemy Incubator Podcast!  I am a multi-certified trauma-aware coach specializing in breakthrough coaching experiences for my clients.

I love the quote "Receive who you are" from St. Augustine. To me this perfectly expresses the sacred work that happens when a person decides that they want to create the life they always hoped was possible.  Receiving who you are can be difficult, it can require growth to meet and embrace your true self.  It is, however, 100% worth it.

I specialize in Religious Trauma, Sexual Embodiment and Strengths Based Coaching.
